Ok, so I haven't been on DA in roughly a year. Since then, I've undergone some changes, so please bear with my rambling in this journal entry. I've also been sleep deprived, so please excuse any blaring grammatical errors, which I tend to make when I'm tired.
The thing is, I neglected drawing and the arts... the only thing artistic I've been maintaining and improving in is ballet. Anyway, I stopped drawing and pursuing creativity throughout high school, since shit happens during these four years.
Fortunately, I'm now in two art classes; Drawing and painting 3-4 (hahaha yeah, I'm certainly not ahead of my game) and Ceramics 1-2

. I figured as a senior, I should try to enjoy my schedule, and I love art. In these art classes, especially Drawing & Painting, I've been inspired again. I'm so happy to be drawing again, even if I'm not talented or experienced. However, I've actually improved since school started, since I've learned really important basics that will overall improve my drawing/painting/etc. (an analogy is like a musician being formally trained, as opposed to picking up an instrument and finding his/her way through playing it).
So what I'm basically trying to say is I've improved, I'll work hard to improve some more, and I would like to be more involved in art, since it is a source of happiness for me. Hopefully I'll have the time to be more active in my DA account

-ciao
